Chance to Shine Foundation is an independent registered charity No. —------and a company limited by guarantee, registered in Tamilnadu SCDFI Board is made up of independent non-executive Trustee Directors and is chaired by The president. We believe that transparency, accountability and financial integrity are paramount to instil confidence and trust in what we do. SCDFI complies with Code for Sports Governance, which is mandatory for organisations that receive public funding from Sport in INDIA.

SCDFI acknowledges the duty of care to safeguard children and young people within all SCDFI activities and is committed to ensuring its safeguarding practices reflect statutory responsibilities, government guidance and comply all norms of BCCI. WHISTLE BLOWING

At SCDFI we have a strong commitment to building and maintaining a culture of transparency and honesty within our organisation and programmes at all times. We also have a duty of care to all of our workforce, employees and other stakeholders, and we take these responsibilities very seriously. It is for this reason that we encourage you to speak up if you believe that we are not living up to our commitments. We will always protect whistleblowers in our organisation. There are a number of ways to report a concern, outlined in full in our Whistleblowing Policy, including completing an online or PDF form. The Whistleblowing Policy outlines our approach to confidentiality, reviewing concerns and taking action.
